PRODUCT AVAILABILITY /

We are a small shop and in an effort to keep costs down and reduce waste we make and print most items to order.

Pre-orders are a big part of how we operate. In this situation you can reserve and pay for your item and ensure immediate delivery on release. If you are ordering more than one pre-order item, your items will ship once all items become available.

We also carry small runs of handmade goods and limited edition maker-collaborations for your shopping pleasure!

PAYMENT /

All major credit cards are accepted through our shop. Payments are seamless and secure. All orders will be precessed once payments have cleared.

SHIPPING /

Items are shipped via UPS Standard between 1-14 days of when the order was placed. Items that are in stock and ready-to-ship will go out between 1-5 days. Custom or made-to-order items will be shipped withing 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Pre-orders will ship on the date stated in the product listing.

We currently ship worldwide from Toronto with flat-rate shipping. Please note that you are responsible for covering custom charges or import taxes that may apply on entry into your country.

Transit times for North American order is between 4-10 business days and 2-3 weeks for international orders. If you would like to arrange for expedited shipping please contact us for rates.

LOCAL PICKUP /

If you are in Toronto or the GTA and would like to pick up your order to avoid shipping charges, please enter the discount code 'LOCAL' while checking out. We will email you once your order is ready for pick-up. We are located in a suburb just north of the city.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES /

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of when the item(s) was received.

Please note that all prints, discounted items, custom and made-to-order items are final sale.

Return shipment costs are your responsibility. Returned good must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment, so we recommend a trackable service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s). Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.

To make a return, contact us to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
